TaxisPy - A Python-based Software for the Quantitative Analysis of Bacterial Chemotaxis.
368
This docker image contains a stable version of TaxisPy, a Python-based Software for the Quantitative Analysis of Bacterial Chemotaxis, developed by Miguel A. Valderrama-Gómez ([email protected]) in the Savageau Laboratory (https://savageaulab.wordpress.com/) @ UC Davis. Rebecca A. Schomer ([email protected]) @ UC Davis in the Parales Lab experimentally validated and optimized the input conditions for quantification of bacterial movement for multiple organisms. This program will replace challenging and time-consuming quantitative capillary assays that we currently use to quantify bacterial chemotaxis and allow rapid data collection for a wide-range of motile bacterial species.
