Docker image used to generate the classification workflows using data cubes and the SITS package.

In this image, the following R packages are installed:

• SITS⁠
• Keras
• rgdal
• TensorFlow
• randomForest
• xgboost
• dtwclust
• kohonen

Other Machine Learning packages are also available in this image, but, for the Earth Observation workflow, those listed above are the most important.

For parametrized execution, the papermill Python package is also available on the image.
