This docker image is an fMRIPrep base image⁠ modifies to include the verificarlo⁠ and fuzzy⁠ libmath perturbations.

⁠What does this image do?

This image introduces floating point arithmetic perturbations to the fMRIPRep library.

It changes the VFC backend to the following:

ENV VFC_BACKENDS='libinterflop_mca.so --precision-binary32=24 --precision-binary64=53 --mode=mca

⁠How to run this image?

This image should be used to run the peturbated fMRIPrep pipeline directly like this:

docker run <volumes-mount> madeinshinea/fuzzy-fmriprep:version <fmriprep-arguments>

For example:
