Docker image for the Jorani app with environment variables for configuration.

This is a docker image with the latest Jorani code (Dec 2018) from the master branch, on Apache and PHP 7.0.33. Also, a lot of internal Jorani settings were extracted as ENV variables enabling better control from outside of the container.
