⁠Install

If node.js is not installed get nvm⁠ (node version manager)

Then

nvm install 0 && nvm use 0

And then

cd /path/to/store-app && npm install

⁠Run

Asume Fhirwall⁠ running on http://localhost:3000

env FHIRWALL_URI='http://localhost:3000' FHIRWALL_PATH='/oauth' npm start
