Minimal Rust environment meant for use in CI/CD builds.

Includes latest rust stable (rustup, rustc, etc.), clippy, rustfmt, and cargo audit, and uses the mold linker instead of the default. Based off the official rust:slim-bookworm image.

This is only really intended for my own use in learning both rust and running a Gitlab instance at home, so I don't recommend using it yourself. It'll probably be broken most of the time.
