⁠ARFfixed = 16.04-7.2 with the ARF function of GATE corrected

Bug: Wrong direction of incident photons. Their direction was taken from the vertex position and not from the last position.

⁠Notes

As this container is intended to be deployed and run on a cluster, Geant4 and GATE have been installed with the minimum options (no visualisation). To keep the image light, all sources and build files have been deleted.
