How to run kafka docker image? docker run -it kafka /bin/bash

Now launch the two single node servers cd kafka

Node-1: bin/zookeeper-server-start.sh -daemon config/zookeeper.properties

Node -2: bin/kafka-server-start.sh -daemon config/server.properties

Note: Both servers should start in the background, check the logs in //kafka/logs/ for more information.
