⁠MAQE Apache + PHP-FPM Docker image

Note: This is modified version from official PHP image source repository pull request (original: https://github.com/docker-library/php/pull/785/⁠)

Keep update from generated source repository is recommended. Since this approach needs multi-processes in single container cause official one rejected due to incompatibility with Docker concepts (trade off with performance).

We'll put current version within src/\VERSION file and keep track with git tag instead. No need to update any versions.
