A simple nginx Hello World demo, using port 3000 instead of 80, based on https://hub.docker.com/r/nginxdemos/hello. It uses port 3000 to work with the code in the book from https://startkubernetes.com/ (their Hello World container is not available for arm64).
Adapted from https://github.com/nginxinc/NGINX-Demos/tree/master/nginx-hello.
Dockerfile:
