Run via:

docker run -d \
    -e PIPELINE="Source({type: \"mongo\", uri:\"mongodb://user:pass@host:port\", namespace: \"db.collection\", tail: true}).save({type: \"elasticsearch\", uri: \"http://host:port/\", namespace: \"search.doc\"})" \
    <your repo path>

**Use tail=true for syncing data automatically
