This is a hardened docker image based on the orginal httpbin work done by Kenneth Reitz

The Python code is reworked to use venv⁠ as the virtual environment and leverages Chainguard⁠ secure docker images.

To run the hardened version marksivill/httpin from the command line

docker run -p 80:9000 marksivill/httpbin:latest

To test the hardened version from the local machine use any of the following commands

curl http://127.0.0.1/uuid

curl http://127.0.0.1/anything

curl http://127.0.0.1/ip
