markw/yarrrml-parser-ejp repository overview

The objective here is to be able to use the yarrrml-parser in a docker-compose, so that it can be invoked as part of a larger pipeline/network of interacting components.

docker-compose.yml:

version: "2.0"
services:
          
  yarrrml_transform: 
    image: markw/yarrrml-parser-ejp:latest
    container_name: yarrrml_transform
    ports:
      - "3000:3000"
    volumes:
      - ./data:/data
  

The folder ./data should contain the YARRRML file that should be converted into RML.

The transform is called as follows:

http://localhost:3000/?parserin=/data/myfile.yarml&parserout=/data/myfile.rml⁠

remember that if calling it from another image in a docker-compose, it will be called as:

http://yarrrml_transform:3000/?parserin=/data/myfile.yarml&parserout=/data/myfile.rml
