⁠RCTD (spacexr) and Seurat image

These packages are impossible to exist together in a conda environment, so the solution I am providing is an image built on top of the satijalab Seurat v5, which contains a conda environment for the spacexr package.

⁠Calling the libraries:

Once you launch the image, you can call the libraries as follows:

library(spacexr, lib.loc = "/opt/miniforge3/envs/rctd_env/lib/R/library")
library(Seurat)

⁠Supported Architectures:

This image has been migrated to Docker Hub using buildx imagetools to ensure full compatibility across different hardware environments.

• linux/amd64: Optimized for standard cloud servers, Intel, and AMD-based Linux machines. Works well for most HPC environments.

• linux/arm64: Optimized for Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) and ARM-based cloud instances.

By using the manifest list, Docker will automatically pull the correct version based on your system's architecture.
