martinjohn/guacamole-server repository overview

This is simply a git clone of the official repository, build and push

git clone https://github.com/apache/guacamole-server
cd guacamole-server
docker build -t martinjohn/guacamole-server .
docker push martinjohn/guacamole-server

Note - current Dockerfile in the repo uses debian:stable - which is "buster" which doesn't have libfreerdp-dev, so won't build - so need to change the Dockerfile to reference version "stretch"
