⁠Node-RED

⁠Installing Docker Desktop on Windows

⁠You can download Docker Desktop from the official Docker website.

⁠Here's a link to download it:

⁠To ensure Docker Desktop was installed correctly:

Open a command prompt or PowerShell.

Type docker run hello-world and press Enter.

If Docker is installed correctly, you should see a message that it is downloading the "hello-world" image and after it runs, it will display a welcome message.

⁠Installing Docker on a Linux distribution

⁠Step1 - Update System Packages

sudo apt-get update

⁠Step2 - Install Docker

sudo apt-get install docker.io

⁠Step3 - Start Docker Service

sudo systemctl start docker

sudo systemctl enable docker

⁠Step4 - Verify Installation

sudo docker run hello-world

⁠To run Node-RED in Docker in its simplest form just run:

docker run -p 1880:1880 -it masoudlotfi8362/node
