mattparlette/owncloud repository overview

This was copied from jchaney/owncloud with two changes:

1. Upgraded to owncloud 7.0.4

2. Set permissions on /var/www/owncloud/config on each start. This was necessary so you can setup a volume for this directory to save the config from start to start.
