Moodle 3.2

⁠Usage

To spawn a new instance:

docker run -d --hostname moodle-db --name moodle-db \
     -p 127.0.0.1:3306:3306 \
     -e DBUSER="dbadmin" \
     -e DBPASS="PASSWORD" \
     -v /srv/docker/moodle/db:/var/lib/mysql \
     maxder/alpine-mariadb:x86_64
docker run -d --hostname moodle --name moodle \
     --link moodle-db:db \
     -p 80:80 -p 443:443 \
     -v /srv/docker/moodle/data:/var/moodledata \
      maxder/debian-moodle:x86_64

For silent installation there is docker-compose file⁠. Don't forget to edit it first:

wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/christiansteier/dockerfiles/debian/debian-webapps/moodle/docker-compose.yml
docker-compose up -d

⁠Avaible environment variables (most for silent installation):

-e INSTALL=silent to install unattended with linked database instance as 'db' -e FULLNAME=.. -e SHORTNAME=.. -e SUMMARY=.. -e APPADMIN=.. Moodle admin -e APPADMINPASS=.. -e APPADMINEMAIL=.. -e WWWROOT=https://localhost Your domain or IP address -e SUBDIR==.. Moodle in a subfolder
