This is a public docker image for Polypolish software (source : https://github.com/rrwick/Polypolish⁠)

⁠Usage

You can directly run the software using docker run and mount a volume to allow the container to access your data. For example :

docker run --rm -v path/to/datas:/datas --name polypolish maximebranger/polypolish polypolish /datas/assembly.fasta /datas/alignment.sam

Image version corresponds to polypolish released.
