This is the core API for creating image and video annotations for MBARI's media. This container spins up an in-memory database for testing and development. For production, MBARI modifies a single configuration file to use a dedicated database server for storing annotation information.

There are two current tags:

• latest: The production version.
• java11: Originally for testing Java 11. Java 11 is now the default for the latest release.
