⁠MetaGraphTools Docker Image

This is the official Docker image for MetaGraphTools. It provides a self-contained, reproducible environment for running the MetaGraphTools pipeline.

⁠Pulling the Image

You can pull the latest image from Docker Hub:

docker pull mcpalumbo/metagraphtools:latest

⁠How to Use

⁠Displaying Help

To see the available commands and options, run:

docker run --rm mcpalumbo/metagraphtools:latest MetaGraphTools --help

⁠Working with Local Data

This container is designed to work with data from your local machine. The default working directory inside the container is /data. Mount your local data directory to this location using the -v flag.

Example with a directory named project_data:

# General usage pattern
docker run --rm -v /path/to/your/project_data:/data mcpalumbo/metagraphtools:latest MetaGraphTools [options]

All input/output paths should refer to /data inside the container.
