⁠Nginx reverse-proxy for Mediagoblin

When running a non-test instance of Mediagoblin, it is not recommended to expose the application straight to the public internet. Instead, it is good practice to put a reverse-proxy in between, to handle the fine details of the HTTP protocol. Nginx tends to be a good choice.

The default Nginx configuration needs to be adjusted to best work with Mediagoblin. For ease of use, we build and publish this pre-configured Nginx image.
