what you need to know is that you'll include a some database image in a docker-compose.yml file like:

If you daemon.pl doesn't work, you need to execute a command in interactive mode
docker exec -it [CONTAINER NAME OR ID] /bin/bash
su - otrs
/opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Daemon.pl start
make sure the container is running *
