⁠About Fluid Reference Service Implementation

The Fluid Reference Service is a collection of services that are used by the Fluid Framework. More documentation on the Fluid Framework⁠ can be found at FluidFramework.com⁠.

The Fluid Reference Service has a microservice architecture. We treat our services as cattle⁠.

Routerlicious handles the operations produced by clients.

Historian manages summaries of operations, produced by clients.

Gitrest and GitSSH handle storage for the Historian Service.

⁠How to Use the Images

To use these images, follow the instructions on using our Docker-Compose file⁠.

⁠Configuration

• These images require Docker Engine 2.0+ in any of their supported platforms⁠
• At least 4GB of RAM. Make sure to assign enough memory to the Docker VM if you're running on Docker for Mac⁠ or Windows⁠
