MILO: Machine Intelligence Learning Optimizer

Turnkey solution that provides a fully automated ML/AI solution to many different research and business needs. MILO-ML encompasses a suite of machine learning and data science applications including the Auto-ML application which incorporates numerous supervised and unsupervised methods and a proprietary hyperparameter search process. The preprocessing tools include several data manipulation and statistical tools such as the multicollinearity assessment tool, the feature selector tool and the combined imputation/one-hot encoder (only available with the pro license).

This program is currently tuned towards binary classification such as those seen in medicine (eg. disease or no disease).

A separate suite of both pre- and post-processing tools are also embedded within the MILO image.

The AIO (all-in-one) image is suitable when used on a single machine and typically used by single investigator or researcher. This image is simple to launch and requires no configuration to get up and running.

Note: Also, restarting the container after the first start is highly recommended.
