Usage:
Version 1.2: Support new transformation
docker run mintproject/pihm2cycles:1.2 pihm_flooding <pg_surf_file> <threshold> <output_file>
Version 1.1:
docker run mintproject/pihm2cycles:1.1 cycle_soil <Cell ID> <soil_csv_file> <soil_txt_file> <output path to cycle soil file>
docker run mintproject/pihm2cycles:1.1 cycle_reinit <Cell ID> <ground_water_file> <infiltration_file> <output path to cycles reinit file>
Run with command inside docker:
cd /pihm2cycles
python pihm_state_transform.py <arguments>
Version 1.0:
docker run mintproject/pihm2cycles [Path to PIHM-state.tar.gz] [Cell ID] [Output path to Cycles soil file] [Output path to Cycles REINIT file]
