Usage:
Extract single chapter:
docker run -v .:/opt -it mionita1980/markdown-extract mychapter /opt/mydoc.md
Extract 2 or more chapters:
docker run -v .:/opt -it mionita1980/markdown-extract -a '^(Backend Implementation Details|Frontend Implementation Details)$' /opt/mydoc.md`
