Based on the Resin.io work⁠ getting Docker running on the Raspberry Pi.

Run using something like

docker run -privileged -d -p 5000:5000 -v /dev/ttyACM0:/dev/ttyACM0 missionst/rpi-octoprint

where the device is the serial port for your 3D printer's electronics board.
