⁠RNA-Seq

This repo contains the docker image of rna-seq which is used in the Jupyter Notebooks in Compute infra. This repo contains the images for dev, test and prod envs.

⁠Naming Convention

Following is the naming structure:

• env_name : Following are the env names : dev, test, prod
• version : For versioning, we follow semantic versioning : X.Y.Z
• Image tag will be like this : dev_v0.0.1 etc

⁠Note:

Image tags starting with:

• dev belongs and are deployed to dev environments
• test belong and are deployed to test environment
• prod belong and are deployed to prod envrionments
