This image provides a ready-to-use environment for running the RNA Sign Nextflow pipeline, a workflow that applies multiple machine learning models trained on transcriptional signatures to predict novel miRNAs from genomic coverage data.

The container is built using a multi-stage process to ensure a lightweight size and reproducibility. It bundles all required software in the form of conda environments — including GPU — as well as environments for bedtools and featureCounts — so users do not need to handle complex dependency installations themselves.

An entrypoint.sh script is provided (code in Github) to test if the appropriate environment is functional when using the container.
