⁠gRPC

gPRC generation is manual (for now):

protoc -I scribe scribe/*.proto --go_out=plugins=grpc:scribe

⁠Prerequisites

vm.max_map_count⁠ ( Context⁠ )

Linux:

sudo sysctl -w vm.max_map_count=262144

OSX: Follow instructions⁠

⁠Steps

1. Make sure you don't have any Elasticsearch running on localhost:9200
2. docker-compose up -d
3. curl -X PUT "http://localhost:9200/_template/exception_tracker?pretty" -H "Content-Type: application/json" --data "@./configs/elasticsearch/index_template.json"
4. curl -X DELETE "http://localhost:9200/_all"

• Consul - http://127.0.0.1:8500/⁠
• Elasticsearch - http://127.0.0.1:9200⁠
• ElasticHQ - http://127.0.0.1:5000⁠
