DevTrack frontend — a realtime, board-based task tracker UI.

A React 19 + TypeScript single-page app for DevTrack, served as a static build by nginx. Boards and tasks are the two core resources, presented in card and table views; a data-driven workflow engine shows states and transitions configured as data, and realtime events (task changes + viewer presence) are patched straight into the client cache over WebSockets.

• React 19 + TypeScript, built with Vite 7
• Tailwind CSS 4, branded teal → periwinkle → violet palette
• TanStack Query v5 data fetching + TanStack Table (server-side pagination)
• Zustand state (auth, theme), React Router v7
• React Hook Form + Zod forms/validation
• Axios HTTP with JWT interceptor and refresh
• Dark / light mode (dark chrome, light content surfaces)

⁠Configuration

• VITE_API_URL — base URL the app uses to reach the backend API (default /api/v1). Set this at build time.

⁠Ports

• 80 — HTTP, serves the built SPA (nginx)

⁠Tags

• latest — newest push to main
• main — branch tag
• sha- — immutable build tag for pinning rollouts

⁠Run

The image is designed to run together with the backend via docker-compose.prod.yml:

docker compose -f docker-compose.prod.yml pull
docker compose -f docker-compose.prod.yml up -d

Built from frontend/Dockerfile.prod (node:22-alpine build stage, nginx:1.27-alpine runtime).
