#SVM_bpfinder

A simple docker wrapper for SVM_bpfinder⁠. SVM_bpfinder uses binaries from SVM_light⁠ to predict the location and quality of branch-point signals.

This repository repackages work from these wonderful people:

##Requirements:

• SVM_bp.sh from this repo
• docker⁠
• UNIX-like system, or else you need to replicate the contents of SVM_bp.sh for your architecture.

##Installation:

1. Add SVM_bp.sh⁠ to a place in $PATH
2. docker pull mlovci/svm_bpfinder

##Test: You can use test.fa from this repo for testing.

SVM_bp.sh test.fa Hsap 100

will produce:
