⁠Introduction

ZIP docker and singularity containers used for biobb_template⁠ BioExcel Building Blocks modules.

⁠Docker Use

• Installation:

    docker pull mmbirb/zip:latest
  

  Copy

• Usage:

    docker run mmbirb/zip:latest <command>
  

  Copy

⁠Singularity Use

• Installation:

    singularity pull --name zip.sif shub://bioexcel/zip_container
  

  Copy

• Usage:

    singularity exec zip.sif <command>
  

  Copy
