⁠What is FroLang?

🐸FroLang is an interpreted, interactive, dynamic typed, open-source toy programming language. FroLang is purely written in Go, with a syntax that is a hybrid of Python and JS. It contains all the basic features in any programming language. Finally, FroLang is portable: it runs on many Unix variants, on the Mac, and on Windows 2000 and later.

⁠How to use this image

⁠Run the FroLang REPL:

docker run -it --name frolang-repl mochatek/frolang:0.1.0

⁠Run a single FroLang script (eg: main.fro):

docker run -it --rm -v path_to/main.fro:/main.fro mochatek/frolang:0.1.0 main.fro

⁠Create Dockerfile for your FroLang app:

FROM mochatek/frolang:0.1.0

WORKDIR /app/

COPY main.fro /app/

CMD ["main.fro"]

you can then build and run the image

docker build -t my-frolang-app .
docker run -it --rm  my-frolang-app
