docker build -t mohdtabish999/product-ui:1.0 . 
docker run -p 80:8080 mohdtabish999/product-ui 
docker exec -it <containerid> sh 
go to browser localhost

docker logout
docker login -u "mohdtabish999" -p "xyz321" docker.io && docker push mohdtabish999/product-ui:1.0  

Try connecting to mobile network over wifi. 
OR
switching back from wifi to dongle n/w. 

Enable/disable ethernet n/w.
It may be related to hyper-v swithch (While pushing image it was in "identifying..." mode later unidentified network)
try opening new terminal and give command

Above steps didnt work on office laptop. able to push from personal laptop
