⁠Gearman server (gearmand) with all of the bells and whistles

This is a custom built gearmand server Docker image from source. It includes SQLite, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MySQL bindings. It uses the most recent SSL library CyaSSL 3.2.0⁠.

The image is based on phusion/baseimage⁠.

The image is available as a trusted build on Docker Hub⁠.

⁠Usage

To run the server and expose the port:

$ GEARMAND_PORT=4730
$ GCID=$(docker run -d -p $GEARMAND_PORT moltar/gearmand)
$ GCIP=$(docker inspect --format '{{ .NetworkSettings.IPAddress }}' $GCID)
$ telnet $GCIP $GEARMAND_PORT

To get all of the command line options:

$ docker run --rm moltar/gearmand -h
