Custom images with the Nix package manager.

The following kinds of tags are available:

• 20xx-xx-xx-[hash] are minimal base images
• 20xx-xx-xx-[hash]-userenv are images that come with some base utilities pre-installed
• 20xx-xx-xx-[hash]-circleci is intended for CircleCI⁠ jobs

The [hash] corresponds to a commit hash in https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs⁠ and the date of the tag corresponds to the date that is commit hash was pulled as the head of the nixpkgs-unstable branch.
