This php based image provides:

Built weekly from php:8-fpm.

The image is meant to be used for running tests and other tasks in a CI environment, and has extensions for symfony mysql and postgres projects. Should work anyway for any php project. PHP Extensions preinstalled: apcu memcached imagick gd zip pdo pdo_mysql mysqli gd pdo_pgsql pgsql sockets intl.
