Contains a port of broadinstitute/docker-terraform as a baseline but changed it from alpine to JAVA8 as the baseline: Java8, Terraform , curl, apt-utils, build-essential libssl-dev, python2.7 python-pip, boto1.3.0, awscli, zip, curl, bash, openssl, ca-certificates, unzip, wget, nvm, node6.9.2

The version of Terraform being used is specified by the tag; hence t087 would be terraform 0.8.7, etc...

As of latest tag, we are now keeping track of default node version installed via NVM. But you can switch back and forth via pipelines commands when needed. Anything created before July 1, 2017 is assumed to have Node 6.9.2
