Keeper will check the current bid < "model-finish-percent".
If Yes, a bid will be placed, otherwise the auction will be skipped.
EXAMPLE: -10 (for FLIP or FLOP auction); 5 (for FLAP auction)
-mmp | --model-markup-percent Each new bid will differ from the previous one by "model-markup_percent" percent.
It cannot be less than the value set by MDT token holders.
Check this value before starting.
