⁠Docker Windows (with nftables)

This is dockur's QEMU Windows container⁠ with nftables installed and the network.sh script modified to use nftables intead of iptables.

This seems to be necessary if the container's host is using nftables, as the iptables commands fail and cause the network cards to run in user mode, which slows them down significantly.

The network.sh script was sourced from qemus/qemu-docker⁠.
