Provides a neat for_each_arch command to execute payload commands under many different architectures. Currently only tested for arm64, mips and mipsel. Payload commands would typically be of {git clone, make, test} nature.

Intended for discovering endianess bugs in Linux programs empirically. Hence mips + mipsel.
