⁠NTPserver

A Python2.7-based NTP server. This base python image is compatible with ARM32v7, meaning this container can be run on a Raspberry Pi. It returns only the container's system time, rather than keeping in-sync with the real world time. The reason for this approach is that some applications need to be isolated from the world, or don't need precise timekeeping, or they can't afford to wait for the NTP server to sync properly with world time.

Tested on Linux and Windows7.
