   docker run -d --name WEB -e TEST=MyTest1 -p 8081:80 mrsabath/web-ms 

expected result [after 30 seconds (for web-ms:v1 and v2) or 5 seconds (web-ms:v3 or latest) wait delay]:

  curl http://localhost:8081
