The C++ Agent provides the reference implementation of the REST service required by the MTConnect standard. The agent provides the protocol and data collection framework to work as a standalone HTTP server with optional MQTT built-in support. Change the configuration as described below to run the agent with your local configuration.
To run the agent in this container with the local conf directory holding the configuration files and the log directory containing the logs. The local port 5001 maps to port 5000 in the container.
docker run --rm --name mtcagent -it -p 5001:5000/tcp \
-v ./conf:/mtconnect/config \
-v ./log:/mtconnect/log \
