QT5 Sqlite can create a simple database in fedora 27 but not in fedora 28

When using a simple sqlite3 database with QT5 (C++) on Fedora27, it is possible to create an database and write to it. When using the same code in Fedora28 (compiled in the specific image) the execution of the compiled image return:
