You can launch an imPOSTer container for trying it out with:
$ docker run \
--name imposter \
-d \
-p 8080:8080 \
--rm \
naighes/imposter start
An instance will be listening on port 8080.
By default, imPOSTer will reply by a 404 (Not Found) status code.
You can start to customize the configuration by mounting a volume.
$ touch cfg.yaml
$ cat > ./cfg.yaml << 'EOF'
pattern_list:
- rule_expression: ${true}
response:
body: Hello, imPOSTer!
status_code: ${200}
EOF
$ docker run \
--rm \
-p 8080:8080 \
-v $(pwd)/cfg.yaml:/cfg.yaml naighes/imposter start --config-file /cfg.yaml
