Features GMT (generic mapping tools), pygplates (GPlates), python 2.7.

Interact with something like this: sudo docker run -p 8888:8888 -it --rm -vpwd:/workspace nbutter/dockgeo:latest

Then launch a notebook or run a python script. You may need to add additional paths to the PYTHONPATH upon execution - depending on what you are doing.
