Pulls in the dependencies required to compile Kaldi-ASR. Note that the actual Kaldi code, as well as the openfst libraries, are NOT compiled in here as that image becomes extremely large (several GB). However, by mounting a volume with the kaldi code, all the make commands should succeed.
